New version of one of my personal favorite tunes the last couple of weeks. Regina's new "Better" video, shot to the "Better Recut" version of the song, premiered on VH1 . It was directed by Marc Webb, who directed the "Fidelity" video. The video is available for voting on VH1's Top 20. Also check out the news-section of the website of Video-director Marc Webb. Love most of her songs. Regina draw my intention being one of the topseller on CDBaby. After listening to her music, I couldn`t get rid of the nice melodies invading my head. Spektor appeared as the opening act for The Strokes in 2003-2004 Room on Fire Tour. Wikipedia says about Regina Spektor: "Her songs show influences from folk, punk, rock, Jewish, Russian, hip hop, jazz, and classical music. Spektor's musical style has drawn many comparisons to fellow singer-pianists Fiona Apple and Tori Amos.; Could not describe her music in a better way and who am I anyway to question the wisdom of Wikipedia.
